Q: Do we need to own land before we visit an AllState Homes model?
A: Absolutely not! We have a professional staff to help you get started. We can provide you with tips on what to look for and how to get the best value. Please feel free to contact one of our staff members or visit one of our models any time to discuss ideas or questions you might have.
Q: Can we use our land towards the down payment?
A: Yes! If you have sufficient equity in your property, a down payment may not be required.
Q: If our land is not paid for, can we combine the payoff with the house?
A: Yes, our professional staff will assist you in finalizing the details of financing.
Q: Can we include a well or septic system, driveways, impact fees, etc. in our mortgage?
A: Yes, these costs can all be combined into the mortgage.
Q: Is it easy to obtain "On Your Lot" financing?
A: Yes, it's a lot like purchasing an existing home. Once the cost of your new home is determined, simply apply through your desired lender. We can also assist you in selecting an experienced lender in the "On Your Lot" business.
Q: Are options and upgrades available?
A: AllState Homes allows you to personalize your new home by offering numerous options and upgrades. Our Design Center provides a beautiful and comfortable environment to make the selection that personalize your home. Working by appointment, we will show you everything from colors and textures to roofing materials and cabinets, while giving you the time and personal attention you deserve. We will also discuss your specific floor plan, including how your new home will be positioned on the site. As always, we will answer any and all questions you have along the way.
Q: What kind of warranty is included with an AllState Home?
A: Each AllState Home is provided with a ten-year structural warranty. This warranty covers the foundation and structural integrity of your new home. Home Buyers Warranty Corporation administers the structural warranty. Any other warranty item on the home is covered for a period of one year from the date of closing. Additionally, manufacturer's warranties cover many items in your new home
