AllState Homes, Tampa's on your lot builder, has designed more than one thousand floor plans for our clients over the past 36 months and you can preview some of these floor plans. The list below provides a small sampling of our floor plans* and our capabilities.

Plan of the Month - Our Newest Designs
The Kara Extended
Allstate Homes is pleased to introduce our newest floor plan, The Kara
extended. This floor plan boasts 6 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The floor plan
was designed for a large family, consisting of parents, grandparents and
children. This home was custom designed for a family who recently lost their
original home in a fire. Luckily no one was injured. Sales counselors and
staff designers interviewed this special client to create the home of their
dreams. We designed the home from the ground up adding Square footage,
bedrooms and bathrooms until the home was complete. The clients were very
pleased with the process of design and were able to view initial concepts
right on the computer. The client expressed how remarkable it was to find a
builder who makes changes to the floor plans. Most other builders we
interviewed wanted astonishing design fees or were unwilling to modify the
floor plans said the client. "At Allstate Homes if you start with one of our
floor plans we do not charge re-draw fees like our competition" said sales
manager Dan Larson. We are unique in that sense.
