The Villa Rustica
Designed with the horse enthusiast in mind this ranch style floor plan allows horse lovers to keep their animals and their stable close. The barn and stalls are integrated into the design of the new home.
The Barn includes watering system, full head high attic access, full concourse, tack room, doors with gussets. Each stable has a bed of clay and soil mixture and the interior walls are separated with partitions. This floor plan can be constructed on your lot in any county in our building area. View Details
