Several of our subcontractors have been employed by Allstate Homes for generations. We also require each of our subcontractors to have liability insurance and workmen’s compensation insurance for your client’s protection. According to Home Buyer Warranty (the nations largest home warranty corporation) we are one of the more reliable on your lot builders in the Bay area.
Our floor plans offer basic no nonsense values without a great deal of costly extras. However, due to our computer aided design we have the capability to build custom floor plans or modify our existing floor plans to suit your needs. Our prices range from $50,000 to over $350,000.
We can work with our clients in finding a lot or building on their lot. We will pay 3.5 % on any home we build for your client and we can arrange financing with a local lender. We can evaluate your client’s property to determine site work estimates or issues with developing the lot, determining impact fees well and septic expenses, etc.
