Elevated Homes
Elevated Homes
FROM THE EARLY INCEPTION OF ALL STATE HOMES WE HAVE DESIGNED AND BUILT ELEVATED COASTAL STYLE HOMES ALL OVER THE BAY AREA. WE HAVE DESIGNED AND CONSTRUCTED ELEVATED HOMES FOR DECADES AND ARE FAMILIAR WITH COASTAL MANDATES FOR FLOOD ZONE CONSTRUCTION.
WHAT SETS ALL STATE HOMES APART FOR THIS TYPE OF COMPLEX CONSTRUCTION IS THE TYPE OF MATERIALS WE USE WHEN WE BUILD
- We specialize in concrete block columns and piers.
- Second, and most importantly, all elevated homes we build are constructed of concrete walls on the second floor, eliminating any type of wood construction. Coastal construction is exposed to extreme weathering, including tropical weather, temperature extremes, wind extremes, floods, and Hurricanes, which can devastate wood construction and allow for second-floor water intrusion. However, our Elevated homes are constructed to resist this type of extreme weather. We avoid using any WOOD SHEATHING AS A WALL MATERIAL. MOST BUILDERS WHO CHARGE MUCH MORE PER SQUARE FOOT CANNOT SAY THIS.
- All State Homes is well-versed on the complexities of flood zone construction, FEMA GUIDELINES, and familiar with the process of design and permitting for an elevated home. Our portfolio has many FLOOR PLANS for you to preview and we build in all FEMA zones IN PASCO, HILLSBOROUGH OR PINELLAS COUNTY.
