A: Our build-on-your-lot concept is simple. We will build your home on a lot you already own or assist you in choosing property where you wish to live. You choose from a wide range of floor plans, options, and upgrades that suit your family and lifestyle and we will build the home of your dreams!
Q: What if we don’t currently own a lot?
A: No problem! Our knowledgeable and professional staff can assist you with finding a lot that suits your particular needs. Just tell us where you want to live and we will locate suitable properties for you to consider.
Q: Can we use our land towards the down payment?
A: Yes! With sufficient equity in your property, a down payment may not be required.
Q: If our land is not paid for, can we combine the payoff with the house?
A: Yes, our staff can assist you with arranging financing to combine the costs of your land and home into one mortgage.
Q: Can wells, septic systems, driveways, and impact fees be included in my mortgage?
A: Yes, these costs can be included in the value of your mortgage.
Q: Is it easy to obtain "On Your Lot" financing?
